Cache Valley Electric will be performing work around 268 Main St. The work requires a large crane to be setup
on Main street. Cache Valley Electric is requesting plans or records for any Storm Drain, Water, or Sewer
Systems in the ground under main street from 268-308 Main Street. A map will be attached to show the location
where the information is needed.

This request is submitted under the authority of Section 63G-2-101 et seq., Utah Code, GRAMA.
