I am the HOA President for Fawngrove. Please provide the original building plans for Fawngrove Phase 2 and
Amended Phase 2. Phase 2 is for buildings D and E (now referred to as buildings 4 and 5) and Amended Phase
2 is for building F (now referred to as building 6). Building F will be a separate set of plans as there was a
different developer.
The addresses associated with phase 2, Buildings D and E are as follows:
Building D
1550, 1554, 1558, 1562, 1566, 1570, 1574, 1578, 1582, 1586 Deer Valley Dr N, Park City, 84060.
Building E
1600, 1604, 1608, 1612, 1616, 1620, 1624, 1628, 1632, 1636 Deer Valley Dr N.
It is likely there is only one set of plans that covers both buildings D and E.
The addresses associated with building 6:
1650, 1654, 1658, 1662, 1666, 1670, 1674, 1676, 1678, 1682, 1686 Deer Valley Dr N.
It is likely this is called Amended Phase 2.
