Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated April 11, 2022, for
communications between the dates of January 1st and April 11th, 2022 between Mayor
Nann Worel, Councilors Becca Gerber, Max Doilney, Ryan Dickey, Tana Toly, and
Jeremy Rubell, Park City Manager Matt Dias, City Engineer John Robertson,
Transportation Engineer Gabe Shields, City Attorneys Margaret Plane and Mark
Harrington, and Wardell Brothers Construction regarding the Quinn's Junction Park and
Ride project.

Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager
by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must
include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2)
relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal
authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10
business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the
appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision
benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party. If the City Manager
fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent
of an order denying the appeal.
