Response - Planning03.02.2022 Lindsay Stott Strong & Hanni lstott@strongandhanni.com Re: GRAMA request Dear Lindsay; Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated 03.01.2022 for: Complete and accumulative planning and development records pertaining to the following address: 9447 Eagle Crest Lane, Park City, Utah; including, but not limited to, inspections, conditions imposed by the City, permits, correspondence, certificates of occupancy, and any additional documents or records in your possession pertaining to the aforementioned address. These records are being requested in concert with litigation proceedings. Your request is denied for the following reason: We do not have records regarding 9447 Eagle Crest Lane. This address falls outside of Park City Municipal zoning boundaries. You may refer to our zoning map HERE. Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
