I am requesting copies of the Master Planned Development and Development Agreement for the Montage in
Deer Valley. I am the Director of Engineering and need these documents to look at the potential of future
projects and ensuring alignment with directions of the property moving forward. The current need is a project I
am working with Makena Hawley from Park City Municipal on.
This request is submitted under the authority of Section 63G-2-101 et seq., Utah Code, GRAMA.
