I am requesting a copy of the most updated architectural detailed drawings for :1275 (home) and 1273 (attached
studio apartment) Sullivan Road, Park City, UT 84060. I live and receive mail at my SC address above. I own the
UT home as my second home/vacation home. I would like to remodel the UT home to add a bed/bath over the
studio portion. I need any recent detailed architectural drawings - as when I purchased this home I was not
supplied with any drawings. Please send me these copies to Lisa A Mittnacht, 106 Blue Heron Pond Road,
Johns Island, SC 29455 (as I cannot currently receive mail at my UT home. I am willing to pay a fee for this
