There are no currently open code violations or unresolved complaints for this property.
Their last Building inspection was completed yesterday for a trash enclosure which passed and closed
the permit.
The last Annual Fire Inspection was completed and passed July 19, 2020. Fire inspections should be done
every year, but they need to be requested- nothing is on file for last year or this year.
A copy of the CO is attached to this email for reference.

We are completing a Property Condition Assessment for 2346 Park Avenue, Park City, UT and would like
to know the following:
Are there any code violations?
Are there any unresolved complaints?
Are inspections performed regularly? If yes, what is the frequency and when was the last inspection?
Lastly, Is there an original Certificate of Occupancy on file? May we obtain a copy? (If no, is there a
signed-off final building permit?).
