I am requesting a copy of the approved building plans for Fairway Meadows Lot 45 - aka 5 Augusta Court,
Park City. My wife, Ann, and I are the owners of this property.
We are planning a re-model project within the next year. We need a copy of the original plans.
We believe the house was constructed in 1994.
This request is submitted under the authority of Section 63G-2-101 et seq., Utah Code, GRAMA.
