and 2302 Monarch Drive since the residence was originally built. The residence was built on Lot 97 of the
Prospector Village Subdivision in Park City. The subdivision plat for Prospector Village was recorded on October
14, 1975, so the requested documents were likely prepared after that date.
This request is submitted under the authority of Section 63G-2-101 et seq., Utah Code, GRAMA.
