Response - BuildingJanuary 27, 2022 Stephen G. Stoker 311 South State St. Suite#450 Salt Lake City UT 84111 Re: GRAMA request Dear Stephen: Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated January 24th for All building permits, certificates of occupancy and related documents issued at the time the duplex residence at 2300 and 2302 Monarch Drive was originally built. The residence was built on Lot 97 of the Prospector Village Subdivision in Park City. The subdivision plat for Prospector Village was recorded on October 14, 1975, so the requested documents were likely issued as the residences in that subdivision were built, probably beginning soon after the plat was recorded. Based on your request, we are unable to provide the documents requested, no records were found. Cost Due: $0.00 Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
