We are setting a tent for our client Yarrow Double Tree and need to see the details on the CUP. I'm fine with access or copies, whichever is easiest. We just need to see the guidelines. We are set to install later this week. If this could be expedited that would be a huge help! Thank you. Based on your request, we are providing the following documents: 08.23.2017 PC Minutes 08.23.2017 PC Staff Report 08.24.2017 Notice of PC Action ReqExt_Modification Application Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
