Copies of the Sweeney MPD Staff Report, Sweeney MPD Conditions of Approval; and Plat Notes, etc. related to
Plat Amendment Application PL-21-03098. The following excerpt is from an email sent by Gretchen Miliken
regarding this request:
"It appears the property did go through a Plat Amendment process in 2016 (PL-21-03098) that was ultimately
denied by both Planning Commission and City Council, specifically because they had not sought to modify the
MPD prior to attempting to change what was allowed on the Plat. Browne has found PDF copies of the MPD
Staff Report, MPD Conditions of Approval, Plat Notes, etc. These documents total more than 8 megabytes, so I
would recommend submitting a GRAMA request to obtain copies of these documents."
