Re: GRAMA request
Dear Emiley:
Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated October 11, 2019 for information going back to 2014, including number of home permits, cost of permits, and staff breakdown.
Based on your request, we are providing the following documents:
The GRAMA request
Staff wages and employee numbers
Permits for years 2014-2019
You will need to sift through the descriptions of the permits if you wish to be more specific about residential and commercial permits (total number of permits will be at the bottom
of the report sheets). You did not authorize enough funds for us to do that for you. Also, the 2018 and 2019 reports (I have distinguished as Eden and MCI) may have some duplicates
due to crossover from the implementation of our new permitting system. My City Inspector reports do not give as detailed a description as the ones in Eden, so I have left the addresses
on those ones—it might be helpful for distinguishing between residential and commercial properties.
Pursuant to Municipal Code 5-5-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the
following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The
City Manager will make determination within 5 business days of receipt of the appeal. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered
the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
Sincerely,
Michelle Kellogg, MMC
