In your conversation with Polly Samuels-McLean, you indicated you were very interested in the correspondence between the public and the Mayor/Council. The City Manager will make determination within 5 business days of receipt of the appeal. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
