Hector St., Suite 416 Philadelphia, PA 19428 Re: GRAMA request Dear Alexandra: Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated October 25, 2017,for records regarding underground/above ground storage tank installation, abandonment or removal, verification of occupancy, waste generation and handling, hazardous materials release, spills, storage or responses, vaults or pipelines, notices of violation or warning, on site water wells, and any septic system information. The properties of interest include the following parcel numbers: PCA-S-98-GG-1, PCA-S-98-SD-1, PCA-S-98-SD-3, PCA-S-98-SD-6, PCA-S-98-SD-7, PCA-S-98-SD-8, PCA-S-98-DD, PCA-S-98-BB, VEMP-1-1, VEMP-1-2, and VEMP-1-9-1AM. Based on your request, the Environmental Department has requested maps of the parcels in question in order to assess the request more accurately. This request for more information was not acknowledged. No other records were found that matched your criteria. For this reason, I am closing the GRAMA request. Pursuant to Municipal Code 5-5-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 5 business days of receipt of the appeal. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
