I am in the process of purchasing a property with 2 APN's at 1521 Three Kings units # 48 and #49. Much work
has been completed on the property and I would like to know if work was permitted.
My lender is in need to see if work was permitted and need to see proof as soon as possible. I have asked the
realtor and the seller and no one can provide me proof.
