Dear Liv:
Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated November 10th for the
following:
Subject property: 268 Main Street, Park City, UT 84060
EBI Project: 1121008151
EBI Consulting (EBI) is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
and Property Condition Report (PCR) at the above-referenced Subject Property. As
part of the research process, we would like to request access to records regarding the
following, as applicable:
- Current and historical building permits
- Current and historical Certificates of Occupancy
- Date of construction
- Date of last inspection
- Dates of public sewer and water connection
- Current and historical building code violations
- Installation or removal of storage tanks (above and underground)
Based on your request, we are providing the following documents from the Building
Dept. via Dropbox with the link below:
No current open Building Code violations.
Current and past building permits
Historical Certificates of Occupancy, current CO was not found.
Date of construction will be listed under the issue date for open permits (20-030-window
replacement, 20-1243- re-roof and PL-20-04624- Sign permit)
Last inspection reports
Current open permits have not had any inspections to date.

Please contact the Finance Dept. to arrange payme nt either in person by coming to 445
Marsac Ave. Park City UT 84060 or by calling them at 435-615-5221 to pay over the
phone. Once payment is received the records will be released.
Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager
by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must
include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2)
relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal
authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10
business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the
appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision
benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve
business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who
submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a
determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order
denying the appeal.
