Ordinance No. 77-877-1 ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE ENACTING CHAPTER 19, UTILITIES The City Council of Park City, Summit County, State of Utah, ordains as follows: Section I. That Chapter 19, Sections 19-1-1 through and including 19-5-1, Revised Ordinances of Park City, Utah, 1977 Edition, three (3) copies of which are on file in the Office of the City Recorder of Park City, Utah, be and the same are hereby passed and adopted. Section 2. That all prior ordinances and amendments in conflict therewith be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council, it is necessary to the peace, health, and safety of the residents of Park City that this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its first publication. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARK CITY, UTAH, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Articles 6, 7, & 8 of Title Two, of the revised ordinances of Park City, Utah, are hereby repealed and of no futher force and effect, as of the effective date of the ordinance. I ------------- ------------- Ordinance No. 77-30: .- AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION T [v;P'------- ✓— OF A PLAT KNOWN AS PROSPECTOR VILLAGE LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF PARK CITY, UTAH WIiEREAS, the owner of the land which has been laid out and platted pursuant to and according to the statutes and ordinances of Park City and the State of Utah, have petitioned the Park City Council for an order vacating said portion of the plat known as Prospector Village, as defined by the legal description annexed herein, marked exhibit "A", and by reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that there is good and sufficient cause for vacating said portion of the plat known as Prospector Village, and that the vacation of the aforesaid portion of the plat as defined by its description as exhibit "A", will not be detrimental to the general interest of the inhabitants of the City of Park City, Summit County, State of Utah, and that neither the public nor any person will be materially injured by vacating the said portion of the plat; and WHEREAS, the property owners of record as it appears on the records of the Summit County Recorder's Office, have consented in writing to said vacation.
