Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated 10.17.2022 for:
In the Old Town Zoning District, copies of the Minutes of the Park City Council wherein it either approved
or denied requests to combine one lot with an adjacent one-half lot or larger. In the alternative, a list of
the street addresses of those requests for lot combinations and a statement as to whether they were
approved or denied in that same period.
I request a response before the scheduled City Council hearing on October 27, 2022 to approve or deny
the lot line amendment.

Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice
of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name,
mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of
facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination
within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if
the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather
than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the
requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City
Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an
order denying the appeal.
