Response - Planning10.18.2022 Dear Jason Boal; Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated 10.04.2022 for: I would like a digital copy the land use approvals (CUP, Admin CUP, etc.), building permits, building plans and/or the site plans for the following four (4) properties: THILL-II-6 (503 1/2 WOODSIDE AVE) THILL-II-7 (503 WOODSIDE AVE) THILL-3-AM (425 NORFOLK AVE) THILL-4-AM (375 NORFOLK AVE) Your request is denied for the following reason: Record Does Not Exist The documents will be included in a Dropbox file and available for 10 business days (OR provided to you via email) after the payment is received. Other departments might send a separate email with their fee, and the GRAMA will be sent when all departments have completed their records search. Please come into the Finance Department at 445 Marsac Ave or call directly at (435) 615-5221 to arrange payment. Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
