Re: GRAMA request
Dear Bryan Markkanen;
Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated 09.07.2022 for Records that relate to 221
Main's parking contributions to the China Bridge Parking fund that was implemented in the 1970's.
Additionally any supporting information that would clarify the status of parking counts in the eyes of
Park City considering its current and past uses.
Based on your request, we are providing the following documents:
221 Main Street is located on Block 12 Lot 6. This property has fulfilled the financial responsibility, for
the use at the time. For future uses, and the possible need for further contribution would be found in
the Park City Municipal Code.
Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice
of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name,
mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of
facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination
within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if
the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather
than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the
requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City
Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an
order denying the appeal.
Sincerely,
Levi Jensen
