Or at least CUP permits. We are considering purchasing this property and is the reason for request. Based on your request, we are providing the following information: The Park City Finance Department has record of 218 Sandridge having a Nightly Rental Business License from 2018 till September 30, 2021. There is currently not an active Business License for this address. A Portion of Your Request is Denied Due to no Conditional Use Permits on Record. Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
