Response - Planning09.13.2022 Contact Re: GRAMA request Dear Steven Bruemmer; Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated 08.30.2022 for Any prior Building Permit Submittal documents, Historic District Design Review approvals, MPD, Steep Slopes or CUP approvals through Park City Municipa, for 1172 Lowell Avenue in Park City Utah, 84060. I am the Architect representing the current Homeowners of 1172 Lowell Avenue. Your request is denied for the following reason: Park City does not currently have a digital record of your request. There is a possibility that this record is in a Park City Archive Storage Facility that we are working to digitize. Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
