Response - Planning08.18.2022 Dear Chelsea Wall; Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated 08.04.2022 for “I am looking for really basic sign dimensions of what is allowed at the property: 186 Main Street, Park City, UT 84060? This was requested by the sign company that the tenant has hired; this is the tenant that is now leasing the space (who I represent). If you can't provide just the dimensions, please provide the official master sign plan that states those dimensions if possible.” Your request is denied for the following reason: Record is Publicly Accessible Record Does Not Exist Park City Municipal Code – Sign Code Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
