RE External GRAMA ResponseFrom:Heather Wasden heather.wasden@parkcity.org Subject:RE: [External] GRAMA Response Date:August 1, 2022 at 11:07 AM To :Mario Janssen mhjm18@gmail.com,Ruth Mather ruth.mather@parkcity.org Hi Mario,   Height is regulated by the Land Management Code 15-2.11. And height is measured from Existing Grade. This Lot had a Planning Director Determination of interpolated grade since it had been disturbed previously. You may request a copy of this Determination through a GRAMA request if you have not already done so.   We assess the compliance with allowed building height during the Building Permit Plan Review and throughout the construction of the structure it is surveyed and inspected to verify compliance with the approved plans.   Hope this helps answer your questions,   Heather Wasden she, her, hers Planning Technician Park City Municipal Corporation heather.wasden@parkcity.org  445 Marsac Avenue, PO Box 1480 Park City, UT 84060 o: 435.615.5062 | c: 801.448.4745 Disclaimer: The Planning Department strives to give the best customer service possible and to respond to questions as accurately as possible based upon the information provided.  However, answers given at the counter and/or prior to application are not binding and they are not a substitute for formal Final Action, which may only occur in response to a complete application to the Planning Department. Those relying on verbal input or preliminary written feedback do so at their own risk.
