located at 1847 Kearns Boulevard, PARK CITY, UT 84060 under Parcel Serial Number: PC-SEM-2 and need to
know if there are any outstanding or unresolved: * Building, Planning/Zoning and Fire code violations * violations
for the property located at that address. I do not need to see the actual records unless there are open or
unresolved issues. I just need to know if there are open, outstanding, or unresolved violations at that address.
