I own Jackson's Hideaway at 1415 Lowell Ave. a ski in ski out club on the back side of the Lodge adjacent to the
magic carpets at Park City Resort. The National Ability Center is building a new building over top one of the
magic carpets at the base area of Park City Resort which is right on top of our business. Dan Glasser and
Meeche guaranteed me that we would not be disrupted this winter during their build as they were only building
up to winter and then stopping to restart in the spring. They promised us that we would continue our ski in ski out
business which we have operated for the past 4 years. We have just found out on the 25th of July that they are
indeed working all Winter long and placing fencing which is taking up all the space for our ski in ski out
operation. They have promised us that they would grade the slope on the mountain away from the lodge building
towards first time ski run to continue and not disrupt our ski in ski out business. I am asking to see the plans so I
can make sure before they are provided a permit, allowed to start digging any form of infrastructure or lines, so I
don't lose my business. It was vital that they keep their word in order for me to keep my business running and I
am therefore asking for all the records to show that Jackson's Hideaway keep a ski in ski out operation, grading
is shown to slope from The Lodge towards First Time, and my business will not be disrupted in any way
endanger my clients safety.
