Re: GRAMA request
Dear Mary Barnes;
Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated 06.27.2022 for:
I am an escrow assistant to Hillary Morgan. What is the process of obtaining a Zoning Certification from Park City.
There are five (5) Parcels, listed below all zoned HCB.
• PC-275
• PC-274
• PC-554-A
• PC-275-A-1
• PC-557
We need to verify the following information
• The parcels are in Park City.
• They are zoned Historic Commercial Building.
• They are currently in compliance with current zoning codes and ordinances.
• There are no existing fines or violations on any of the parcels.
Your request is denied for the following reason:
Record is publicly accessible and fails to identify the record with reasonable specificity.
Resources:
• Summit County Parcel Viewer
• Park City Zoning Map
• Park City Municipal Code – Land Management Code
Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal
within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address,
and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal
authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10 business days of receipt of
the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates
that an expedited decision benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve
business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business
confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the
equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
Sincerely,
Levi Jensen
