Response - Planning07.07.2022 Re: GRAMA request Dear Deborah Rentfrow; Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated 06.23.2022 for: ”All Planning Commission and Planning Staff reports, reviews and findings related to the Holbert Subdivision, specifically 140 15th St, 160 15th St and 180 15th St and 1503 Park Avenue. All permits to date related to the construction of three addresses on 15th St and also for 1503 Park Avenue exterior work. All inspections to date related to the three lots on 15th and exterior work at 1503 Park Ave. All elevation drawings and documents related to the construction on three lots on 15th. All plans submitted to Planning and/or Building displaying setbacks, heights, architecture, etc related to the construction on three lots on 15th.” Based on your request, we are providing the following documents in DROPBOX: 140 15th St 160 15th St 180 15th St 1503 Park Ave A portion of your request is denied for the following reason: We have researched your request and found that some of the plans are protected under Federal Copyright Laws. To gain a copy of the mentioned plans, you will need to submit a written signed release from the protected design professional-- preferably on the company's letterhead. The Protected plans and design professionals are: Permit 21-1128, 21-1395 and 21-1127, Dymond Design, 801-604-3121 Please have the release mailed to building_grama@parkcity.org. Once it is received, we will send add these documents to your drop box file. Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
