Response - Planning07.21.2022 Re: GRAMA request Dear Elyse Kats; Park City Municipal has received your GRAMA request dated 07.20.2022 for access to the MPD for Parcel Lots: Holiday Village and Parksite Apartments: PCA-2-2306 PCA-2-2302 PCA-2-2307 Your request is denied for the following reason: Record Does Not Exist There is a time frame in Park City record that we are in the works of digitizing, and correctly identifying. The record that you have requested is either located within these files, and we don’t have access to, or this record has been lost through the years of improper storage. Pursuant to Municipal Code § 5-2-1, you may appeal this decision to the City Manager by filing a notice of appeal within 30 days of the date of this letter. The appeal must include the following: (1) Your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number; (2) relief sought; and may include (3) a short statement of facts, reasons, and legal authority in support of the appeal. The City Manager will make determination within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal, or within five business days of receipt of the appeal if the requester or interested party demonstrates that an expedited decision benefits the public rather than the requester or interested party, or within twelve business days after the City sends the requester’s notice of appeal to a person who submitted a claim of business confidentiality. If the City Manager fails to make a determination within this period, this shall be considered the equivalent of an order denying the appeal.
