Looking for approved stamped, appoved plans for landscape work relating to permit 22-155, at 3195 Mountain
Top Lane, Eagle Point subdivision lot 5. Possible property line and utilities easement ingress and although the
possibility of this ingress has been pointed out to the contractor, Eschenfelder, work continues without a new
survey. Construction fence which was originally up along the property line has been disturbed/ moved several
times to accomodate planting.
This request is submitted under the authority of Section 63G-2-101 et seq., Utah Code, GRAMA.
