Hello! I'm a realtor and my Buyers are under contract on this home. They have a 7 day diligence that ends
Monday 6/27 before they could lose earnest money and their lender requires a survey on this home. We are
hoping you have one, but will take the grading and site plans that you have on file if that's all there is. This cute
young family has offered on 8 homes and lost out until finally getting under contract on this home. So we
appreciate anything you can do to email me what you have, by end of day 6/23 because the lender's underwriter
has to review the documents. I'm sorry for the short turnaround request; I just learned this morning that the
lender is requiring a survey. Note the financing deadline is longer, but a significant amount of the Buyer's earnest
money goes non refundable after Diligence passes so they want to know this information is available before they
pass the Diligence Deadline on Monday. Thanks so much!
