This request is with respect to the New Claim Condominiums located at: 2000 Prospector Avenue, Park City,
Utah 84098. I would like to request copies and/or access to the following information and records as it pertains
to any and all of the units of the above mentioned Condominium Association:
1) All Certificate of Occupancies granted during the period 01/01/2019 through 06/15/2022
2) All Building Permits issued, including sufficient detail showing work performed, contractor, and, result of any
inspections performed during the period 01/01/2019 through present. 06/15/2022
3) All citations, work-stop orders, or other information related to any action taken by the Park City Building
Department with respect to the above referenced properties.
Your assistance in researching and providing this information is appreciated.
