Park City Area Lodging Association (PCALA) is looking to see if we can get a list of all the noise complaints over
the past year in 84060 zip code, that show the address of such complaint. Our task force is working with
Jonathan Weidenhamer and GovOS to determine the impact of Short Term Rentals on our community and get
the facts of where the noise issues are coming from. We will then cross reference the location of the noise
complaints with business licenses for short term rentals. Our goal is to get more rental properties in compliance
with current rules and regulations.
